How do I choose a size or length?
Where a product has options, select the available combination on its product page. Review the selected specification and price before adding it to your basket.
What does the basket quantity mean?
The basket quantity counts the sold units described on the product page, such as packs or lengths. Check the product description for the contents of each sold unit.
Where do I see delivery costs?
Checkout shows the available delivery options and charges for your basket and delivery address before you place your order.
Where can I find my order details?
Sign in to My account to view orders associated with that account. Keep your order number when contacting us about an order.
Can I ask about another size or quantity?
Use the Contact page to tell us the product, dimensions and quantity you need. Availability and any quotation need to be confirmed before ordering.
